Identifying and using your personal brand
We seem to be hard wired to notice and assess the behaviours of those around us in an instant; we broadcast messages about ourselves all the time, without even trying. As leaders, we take on a responsibility to provide clear messages and to act as role models – and it is the sum of these behaviours that add up to our reputation, or in effect, our personal brand.
Whilst we might recoil at this idea of having a brand, or indeed being our own brand, we all have one whether we like it or not and this workshop, led by Mark Wright of People Create Ltd, sets out to explore how and when we can positively align the cues we send out, whilst staying true to our leadership values and purpose.
The event will include opportunities for networking (over tea and cakes) as well as the chance for all participants to:
