BITC’s AGM 2010 and Leadership Summit
Business in the Community’s (BITC) AGM takes place on Thursday 2 December in London.
The AGM will culminate in a Leadership Summit to share the findings of a consultation with BITC’s senior business leaders and leadership teams on what they see as the as the opportunities and barriers to business supporting the Government’s ‘Big Society’ vision, as well as the incentives that would be most powerful in prompting more action.
BITC has 28 years of experience of proving the benefits and the business case for tackling social problems, but are also fully aware of the difficulties and barriers businesses face that stop them from doing more. BITC will share what it has learnt through this consultation with their President, members and a senior member of the Cabinet and define the recommendations for all parties that they believe will support businesses to do more to help turn the aspiration of a big society into a reality.
BITC invited us to ‘Amplify’ their event so that other businesses can access the learnings shared at this event.
